The Octagon Theatre Bolton has now opened their latest submission window…
This year’s submissions window is open until 5pm on Wednesday, 30 November. The five ‘most exciting and diverse’ scripts will be offered a slot in the Octagon’s Top Five Festival (Wed 1 – Thu 9 March) as part of the Reveal Season, dedicated to the uncovering of new talent. The five plays will be performed as rehearsed readings in the organisation’s Studio Theatre, all with a cast of professional actors.
Please note, submitted plays should be new pieces that have never been performed before, and must be a minimum playing length of one hour.
