LPB is helping to promote courses from Arvon – a creative writing charity that enables writers to develop their craft with top practitioners in beautiful settings.  Dreaming of a holiday where you can write?  This is for you!

Course description:  “For those who want to experiment with how the story can be told through song and drama. We will cover setting the scene, assailing the heart, making the point and moving the plot along. Each evening there will a presentation of the day’s completed work. This week is suitable for both tunesmiths and wordsmiths. Please bring instruments where practical.”

    1. Hi Patrick, there’s a chance that London Playwrights Workshop will be running an introductory course on Book & Lyrics in the Spring, but this will be rather different from the Arvon course, so you’d need to contact them directly for further information about this. Good luck!
