The Best of Bolton, a celebratory festival of local talent next takes place on Saturday 28 May 2016. Submissions can be in any short form – story, poem, monologue, sketch, a short extract (only) from a novel or play, but no more than three minutes long.
“We welcome work in all languages and will find a way to read and translate your work. We are also collaborating with Bolton International Writing Project.
All work will be read, and, although we cannot return manuscripts or feedback on work that isn’t selected, the best fifty pieces will be read in whole, or in part, by professional actors on the main stage of the Theatre on Saturday 28 May.”
