Attic Theatre Company presents its annual festival of new writing, Playfest, at the New Wimbledon Studio on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October. Playfest features staged readings of 4 new short plays or extracts from longer works for the stage.
Four plays will be chosen for presentation as rehearsed readings at the New Wimbledon Studio on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October 2015.
Payment: Selected playwrights will receive a fee of £100.
What to submit: Attic seeks submissions of short (15-20 minute) plays which have not previously been performed or read in public and/or stand-alone scenes of a similar length from full length plays.
How to apply: Do not include your name or email address. The only contact details to be included on the front of the script are up to two phone numbers which will still be active in September 2015.
In the interest of fairness, Attic accepts Playfest submissions on an anonymous basis only, so please only submit scripts by post to:
