BBC iPlayer, BBC Asian Network and BBC Writersroom join up to bring you FAST CUTS, an exciting new search for fresh, original short films on the theme of being a British Muslim today. Building on the success of BBC iPlayer Original Drama Shorts and BBC Three Comedy Feeds, we are inviting writers to submit short scripts for consideration for BBC iPlayer.
This is a new opportunity to send us your original short script which will be considered alongside commissioned works by established talent. There is no guarantee of selection but, if chosen, your script will be commissioned, for an additional fee, under the standard BBC terms and conditions and may go on to be produced by BBC Comedy or BBC Drama Productions.
Submissions open at 10am on Monday 9 March 2015 and close at 5pm on Monday 16 March 2015. All entries must be submitted via the BBC Writersroom online E-Submissions system.
