Want to learn what it’s like to be a writer at a major US television network?

The Nickelodeon Writing Program could be the opportunity you’re looking for!

This global initiative offers the successful applicant a salaried position with Nickelodeon in London for six months, providing unique, hands-on experience writing scripts and pitching story ideas for both live action and animation. The chosen writer will have the opportunity to nurture valuable relationships with creators, network executives, writers and showrunners from all around the world, whilst also gaining first-hand insight into the industry and undertaking specialist training activities to develop their craft.

And that’s not all… They will also get to spend six weeks in the US at the Nickelodeon studio in Los Angeles, including a full writers’ room experience and mentorship from some of the best in the business.

Please note that UK and international applicants are required to submit a spec. script for a US show, which must come from the following list:
