Panel discussion by Nick Hern Books on how to get started as a playwright (fee £7)

If you’re interested in an event on early stage career development, or if you have a burning question to ask a panel of theatre makers, book tickets now for a panel discussion put together by Nick Hern Books on Saturday 8th February. Writers Lily BevanDavid William Bryan and Natasha Gordon, plus chair George Turvey (Artistic Director, Papatango Theatre Company), will be discussing how to get started as a playwright and build your career, as well as answering audience questions. The event is part of an industry convention called Surviving Actors and so part of the focus will be on making the transition from acting to writing, but a lot of the career advice and discussion will be of interest to any writer looking to get ahead!
The event is being held at ETC Bishopsgate, right next to Liverpool Street Station, on Saturday 8 February, 12.45pm-1.30pm. Tickets are £7, and can be booked online here: https://www.survivingactors.com/seminars/from-acting-to-writing-stop-waiting-start-creating.
