Counterpoise is an international and interdisciplinary network to improve the gender balance in the creative industries.
Their 6-month peer coaching programme is designed to help participants thrive both creatively and financially.
It works on two levels.
The peer groups each have 5-6 women from various creative disciplines.
They meet once a month to discuss progress and challenges, share advice and provide accountability.
We have three different meeting venues: one in London, one in Copenhagen and one online group for those who live elsewhere.
All the peer groups come together once a month for an additional online session. These are facilitated by the seasoned coach, social entrepreneur and musician Rachael Perrin. Using various personal, creative and entrepreneurial tools participants will be guided through the process of creating a long-term professional strategy.
