BBC Writersroom Scotland presents the BBC Scottish Writers’ Festival 2019

A one day event in the heart of Glasgow to engage and inspire new and experienced writers living and working in Scotland.

Across twelve sessions, we will hear from the UK’s leading Drama and Comedy writers and producers as they share their experiences of developing and producing narrative content.

You will have your choice of sessions to attend on the day. Lunch will be provided and there will be a drinks reception from 17.30-19.00 to end the day.

DATE: Friday 31st May 2019

REGISTRATION: 9.30 – 10.00 (Tea and Coffee available)

START: 10.00

VENUE: The Studio, 67 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6AE (Opposite side entrance to Central Station)

FINISH: 17.30 followed by networking drinks until 19.00

Tickets are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets are limited to 1 per person. Please only apply for a ticket if you can genuinely make the event as we are likely to have to turn people away. Please let us know if you find you can no longer attend as we can re-allocate your ticket.
