Following the phenomenal success of Fight Like A Girl! in December, which raised over £1400 for Cancer Research UK, they are back at the King’s Arms theatre this August with FIGHT LIKE A GIRL 2!
Inspired by the fights of brave women are three more nights of new writing and poetry to raise money for an excellent cause.
What they are looking for: 8 short plays approx 10-15 mins in length with fairly minimal tech. The plays can be drama, romance, raucous comedy, surrealist westerns, anything really! Only requirement is that they’re pieces that haven’t received a full performance before.
As all profits go to cancer research, this is an unpaid opportunity. However, you will receive eternal gratitude and a lifetime of adorable puppies*.
